Most business owners don’t have to deal with us design and techie types very often and I think they’re pretty grateful for that. The language we use is foreign: “Well, responsive design is best because it displays seamlessly across different device screens.” The standards we impose are incomprehensible: “It needs to be a vector file.  You know what a vector file is, Victor?”
