Mixed-use town center project in Milwaukee (Glendale), Wisconsin. This is the design and implementation developed across four similarly situated town centers in the Mall Properties (MPI) portfolio. The sites feature in-site advertising rotation tools with reporting and a robust content management system. Madison & Fifth manages weekly emailings to subscribed consumers.
